Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Nuzzo Software Inc. (“Nuzzo”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nuzzo.pet if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of all content you submit (client info, pet info, photos, messages). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service. We don't sell your data. We don't use your data to train AI. You can export your data at any time via CSV or request deletion by emailing hello@nuzzo.pet.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are set on our pricing page. Refunds are pro-rated and no-questions-asked within the first 30 days of any new subscription. Stripe fees (for your clients paying you) pass through directly to your connected Stripe account — we don't mark them up.

Don't use the Service to: harass or defraud clients; store data you don't have the right to store; attempt to compromise security; resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for client disputes, missed visits, or damages arising from Service unavailability beyond the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You can cancel at any time from the in-app settings or by emailing hello@nuzzo.pet. We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where practical. We'll retain your data for 60 days after cancellation in case you return, then delete it unless legally required to retain.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
