Is Nuzzo a good MoeGo alternative for mobile groomers?
It is worth a look if MoeGo's per van pricing is the part that stings. Nuzzo is flat at $29 a month solo and $79 for a team of up to five, whatever your vehicle or staff count, with size based grooming prices and a booking link for your own site. It is the smaller product though, so read the next answer before you move.
Does Nuzzo send SMS reminders like MoeGo?
No. MoeGo includes a texting allowance on every tier and Nuzzo has no SMS at all, so reminders and report cards go by email. If your no show rate is held down by texts, that is the single best reason to stay where you are.
Does Nuzzo charge per van or per groomer?
Neither. The plan is set by how many people are in the account, not how many vehicles you run, so a second van costs nothing extra and a second groomer is covered by the Team plan at $79 a month for up to five people.
