One app, whatever you do
Recurring walks, one-off visits, overnight stays. Your whole schedule in one calendar — no more texting chaos.
Tap two buttons at the end of the visit and the client gets a beautifully designed photo report card by email, automatically.
Optional weekly auto-invoice from completed visits. Each invoice email has one-tap pay buttons (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App). Auto-reminder if a client doesn't pay in 7 days.
How it works
Built around the one workflow every pet-care business runs on: book → visit → invoice.
New booking request
Bella · 60-min walk
Mon · 10:30 AM
Clients request a visit from their portal — or from your own booking page, which you can share as a link or embed on your site. You one-tap confirm. Recurring weekly schedule? Set it once — we create visits eight weeks ahead automatically.

We email a report card with photos to the client, and (optionally) auto-generate a draft invoice each Sunday from the week's visits. You review and send — clients tap one of your configured pay buttons (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.). Auto-reminder if they haven't paid in a week.
For overnight stays
Walks get one report card at the end. Overnight sits get a live feed you control: upload photos silently, pick the ones to share, add a caption, send. Pet parents feel looped in without being overwhelmed. You don't get stuck writing novels.
Update · 8:12 AM
Max had a huge breakfast and we just did a long loop by the water. Zoomies in the grass. He's now passed out on the couch.
Update · Yesterday, 7:45 PM
Max settled in great. Met him at the door, he sniffed around, and he's curled up on his bed now.
Two taps to start a visit. Two to send a report card.
Your days get shorter. Your clients get better updates.
Two flat tiers — plus a custom Pro plan for bigger shops. No per-seat surcharges.
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. If you don't like it, just walk away.
No. Our plans are tiered by team size band, not per seat. Adding a second team member never triggers a surprise fee.
Yes — but for now it's white-glove. Reach out via the contact form (link in the footer) with what you're switching from and I'll handle the import directly once your trial is set up. Self-serve CSV import is on the roadmap; we're handling migrations personally for the first wave of customers.
Use whatever you already use — Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App. Each invoice email includes one-tap buttons for the methods you've configured, with the amount auto-filled. Money flows directly from your client to you; Nuzzo never touches it.
Overnight sits are supported today with a live photo feed during the stay. Daycare (check-in kiosk, capacity management) is on the V3 roadmap.
Yes. Grooming services are priced by dog size (Small / Medium / Large / X-Large), with online appointment booking, a booking widget for your website, and before-and-after photo report cards. See the pet grooming software page for the full rundown.
No. Clients get report cards by email with a one-tap link to a mobile-friendly portal — no app install, no password.
Most of our users are solo. The app hides the team features you don't need and stays out of your way.
We're cheaper, faster to set up, and built for the phone. See our honest side-by-side at /vs/time-to-pet.
