Here's how to get your service agreement signed online by every client, right from Nuzzo. In Settings, Agreement, give it a title and add your terms: your policies, liability release, and cancellation rules. Tick Require a signed agreement, and clients who haven't signed get a tag on your client list. It never blocks a booking. Save it. Open a client and click Email agreement. Jordan gets a link to read and sign it on their phone. No printing, no scanning. They read the terms, type their name, sign with a finger or mouse, and agree. Then tap Sign agreement. Done. Back in Nuzzo, the signed copy is saved on the client's profile, with the exact wording they agreed to. New clients who book online sign it as part of booking.
