Here's how to add a client and their pets in Nuzzo, with everything you need to know on every visit. In Clients, click New client. Add their name, email and phone, and the address you'll visit. Notes are for the things you can't forget, like the gate code or where the key is. Then save. Now add their pet. Name, species and breed. Then the care notes: feeding, allergies and medications, and behavior. Medical notes show up as an alert at the top of every visit, so nobody misses them. Save, and Biscuit is ready to book. Everything lives on the client's page: their pets, upcoming visits, report cards, and documents like vaccination records.
