Here's how to keep track of what you're owed, and what you've earned, in Nuzzo. Across the top: your open balance, what you've collected, and your total billed for the period you pick. Change the period with these buttons, like last month, or set your own dates. Outstanding shows every invoice that still needs paying, with the balance left on each. Paid shows what's settled. You don't have to chase anyone. If an invoice is still unpaid a week after its due date, Nuzzo emails the client a reminder, and again each week until it's paid. Visits you haven't billed yet wait in Ready to invoice. One click makes a draft for each client to check and send. Two more on the Team plan: Nuzzo can make those drafts for you every Sunday, and Download CSV puts every invoice in a spreadsheet, for your bookkeeper or tax time.
